Our dispatch times are:
Monday to Friday
Please note due to the current circumstances around the COVID-19 outbreak collection times are varying daily, meaning that some next business day delivery items may fall into an extra day of delivery. We will do everything we can to get orders out promptly however please bear with us until delivery schedules return to normal, all orders will be shipped and if there are any issues with you order we'll get in touch.

Bank Holiday Delivery
All orders placed on Friday 22nd May until 14:45 will be delivered on Tuesday 26th May. Orders placed after 14:15 on Friday 22nd May will be dispatched on Tuesday 26th May.

Returns
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order did not meet your requirements for any reason, please contact us for assistance.
Returns period
If there's a problem with your order, returns can only be accepted if you report the problem within:
- 7 working days for broken/missing items.
- 14 days for undelivered items.
If you are unhappy with any items for whatever reason, or if you have changed your mind, we are able to offer a refund (excluding postage costs) as long as you contact us within 30 days of having placed your order, and we will advise on how to return the items for a refund.
Please note we cannot refund items that are returned in a condition different to how they were sent out.
